The BioFlex® 6-Well flexible-bottom culture plates are used to apply equibiaxial load with our Flexcell® Tension Systems. The extracellular matrix Collagen Type I coating is the most versatile coating best used with continuous cell lines, primary cell lines, aortic, venous, capillary endothelial cells, cardiac muscle cells, chondrocytes, ligament, tendon fibroblasts, lung epithelial cells, osteoblasts, myoblasts, and myocytes.
