Product Description:
UniFlex® flexible-bottom culture plates are used to apply uniaxial load to cells seeded on the membrane. Arctangle® Loading Station™ are inserted underneath the UniFlex® culture plates within the Baseplate when vacuum pressure is applied the membrane is deformed over the Arctangle® loading post creating a uniaxial tensile strain. The extracellular matrix Collagen Type IV coating is appropriate to use with basement membrane cells.
