Product Description:
The BioFlex® Baseplate kit holds four BioFlex® 6-Well culture plates each with an individual gasket. During the equibiaxial strain regimen, the BioFlex® Baseplate fits inside an incubator. During the cell seeding/feeding protocol the baseplate is used under the cell culture hood.

- Use the BioFlex® Baseplate setup to apply cyclic or static equibiaxial tensile strain to 2D monolayer cell culture
- The BioFlex® 6-Well culture plates with BioFlex® 25mm Loading Stations™ have a strain range of 0.9 to 23% elongation
- BioFlex® 6-Well culture plates without use of the 25mm Loading stations™ can achieve gradient strain up to 30% elongation
