CellSoft® 6-Well Polystyrene Culture Plate Collagen Type I
CellSoft® 6-Well Polystyrene culture plates were developed for researchers to observe cell line behavior on soft substrates without applying mechanical load to test the in vitro environment that mimics native tissue stiffness. The extracellular matrix Collagen Type I coating is the most versatile coating best used with continuous cell lines, primary cell lines, aortic, venous, capillary endothelial cells, cardiac muscle cells, chondrocytes, ligament, tendon fibroblasts, lung epithelial cells, osteoblasts, myoblasts, and myocytes. Our 05 kPa substrate stiffness matches the native tissues of cardiovascular cell lines.
- Moduli stiffness ranges from 1.0 - 60 kPa.
- CellSoft® 6-Well polystyrene culture plates come pre-coated in a specially formulated silicone elastomer soft substrate.
- Available with covalently bonded Collagen (Type I) protein matrix or Untreated, pre-sterilized, individually packaged ready to use.
