CellSoft® 6-Well BioFlex® Culture Plate Collagen Type I
CellSoft® 6-Well BioFlex® culture plates were developed for researchers s to apply tensile strain to cell lines on soft substrates that mimic native tissue stiffness. The extracellular matrix Collagen Type I coating is the most versatile coating best used with continuous cell lines, primary cell lines, aortic, venous, capillary endothelial cells, cardiac muscle cells, chondrocytes, ligament, tendon fibroblasts, lung epithelial cells, osteoblasts, myoblasts, and myocytes. Our 20 kPa substrate stiffness matches the native tissues of retinal and ocular cell lines.
- Moduli stiffness ranges from 1.0 - 60 kPa.
- CellSoft® BioFlex® 6-Well culture plates come pre-coated in a specially formulated silicone elastomer soft substrate
- Apply tensile strain regimens to 2D monolayer cell culture with the FX-6000™ Tension System
- Available with covalently bonded Collagen (Type I) protein matrix or Untreated, pre-sterilized, individually packaged ready to use.
