The Single Plate Baseplate kit holds a single BioFlex® culture plate with an individual gasket. During the equibiaxial strain regimen, the Single Plate Baseplate fits inside the incubator. During the cell seeding/feeding protocol the Single Plate Baseplate is used under the cell culture hood.
