Tissue Train® Circular Foam Culture Plate
The Tissue Train® circular foam culture plates are used create round 3D cell-seeded spheroids. Researchers can apply tensile strain to the circular constructs and monitor cell shape, tissue organization, cell migration, cell division, and gene & protein expression. The round 3D cell seeded constructs are frequently used in applications for dermis, lung and ocular research, drug testing, tissue engineering and cosmetics testing. The extracellular matrix Collagen Type I coating is the most versatile coating best used with continuous cell lines, primary cell lines, aortic, venous, capillary endothelial cells, cardiac muscle cells, chondrocytes, ligament, tendon fibroblasts, lung epithelial cells, osteoblasts, myoblasts, and myocytes.
Create circular 3D cell-seeded gel constructs, while applying a load regimen of equibiaxial cyclic strain using the Flexcell® FX-6000™ Tension System.
- Matrix bonded foam anchors for improved cell attachment
- Monitor changes in cell shape, tissue organziation, cell migration, division, gene expression, protein secretion and expression
- Covalently bonded matrix: Untreated, Amino, Collagen (Type I, IV), and Laminin (YISGR)
- Available individually or in case quantity of 40 plates
